About the Fundraiser
Fred Brown Recovery Services provides substance use disorder recovery treatment for hundreds of men and women every year. Formerly incarcerated, addicted, homeless, and other suffering men and women are restored to being fathers and mothers, sons and daughters, and conscientious community members.
Our primary goal this year is to beautify a common area so it is a peaceful and safe place for families to reunite during visitation. Any remaining funds will be used to maintain current homes and further beautification to our treatment facilities.
Our fundraising goal is $150,000.
Fred Brown Recovery Services is a 501(c)(3) non profit (tax ID 33-049-1967.) All donations, tickets, sponsorships and contributions may be tax-deductable. Check with your tax advisor.
Tickets
Tickets include dinner, the show, and a raffle ticket, all set in the gorgeous landmark banquet hall of Dalmatian-American Club in San Pedro (1639 S Palos Verdes St, San Pedro, CA 90731). A family style traditional Mexican meal will be served, including green salad with creamy italian or ranch dressing, refried or black beans, spanish rice, cheese enchiladas, chicken fajitas, carnitas, beef & chicken taquitos, corn and flour tortillas, chips & salsa and guacamole. Sodas, iced tea, and coffee will also be served.

Sponsor our visitation area, and we will include your name in our family area and playground commemorative plaque. All sponsorships also include tickets, so check them out and plan how you want to be involved!
The Show
Featuring comics Alonzo Bodden, Kristin Key & Dustin Ybarra!
Alonzo Bodden is an American comedian and actor known for winning the grand prize in the third season of the reality-television series Last Comic Standing. He had been the runner-up in the previous season. In 2007, he released his DVD Tall, Dark and Funny.
Kristin Key is an American comedian who has appeared at The Improv, and on the series Last Comic Standing and Bring the Funny. She favors a self-deprecating, physical, and improvisational style of comedy and incorporates the guitar to create original musical comedy.
Dustin Ybarra is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He is known for his role as Tyler Medina in Kevin Saves the World, and roles in We Bought a Zoo and Hop.

We will have a silent auction! More details on the items are coming soon! Every attendee may bid on silent auction items, and winners will be announced at the end of the night. Stay after the show to pick up your items.
