Fred Brown Recovery Services is grateful for its long and successful partnership with Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

“The LA Regional Food Bank is able to serve communities throughout LA County because of the strong partnerships in our Partner Agency Network, including our Extra Helpings Program,” said Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. “Our Extra Helpings Program routes perishable and other donated food from grocery stores and other local sources directly to Food Bank partner agencies. Our Extra Helpings Agency of the Month is Fred Brown Recovery Services! Fred Brown Recovery Services is a licensed non-profit 12-step based substance use disorder treatment program. They offer residential and outpatient treatment programs, transitional housing and workforce reentry programs for men and women. They’ve been serving Los Angeles, San Pedro and South Bay communities for 38 years, helping thousands of people and their families recover from the disease of addiction. They prepare over 150 meals every day and distribute food to another 140 people. Thank you for your valuable partnership in the fight against hunger!”
